by "doin' it," I mean making a ceviche-style salad. Ceviche style because I did cook these fishy little dudes, rather then allow them to "cook" in lime juice.
Panfried filets of tilapia and swordfish steaks flaked apart with a fork, jumbled with lotsa lime juice, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, cilantro, some salsa, fresh garlic. Salt and pepper. Stupidly simple. Very fresh and citrus-y, and really meaty from the swordfish. Awful picture though. Made this at about 11 pm last night and just needed to devour dinner.
