butter toffee oatmeal cookies

lemme see if i can remember properly...

2 1/4 cup flour
2 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 8-10 oz package toffee bits
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
3 tsp vanilla (yes, 3)

i suggest doing the wets and then the dry with the toffee pieces last, but for some reason it's easier for me to remember going backwards.

grease your baking sheet or line with parchment! these guys will put up a fight to come off when they're done.
375. 12 minutes plus. depends on the size of your cookies and your oven. check em when you smell em.
