kinda surprised i forgot this

first time catering an entire order of cupcakes for someone. these were the really wild rainbow ones also. i think i could have done a better job on mixing the colors of the icing, but i'm happy with how the cake came out. $40.00 for 48 cupcakes. not too shabby. the dye is like 4.99 a box though, and i realistically probably used a box and a half of that supposedly non-toxic glory. i've heard these cupcakes do funny things to you in the bathroom. just sayin'.
