cookies and mousse

valentine's day raspberry sugar cookies. <3 they all came out in little 1-inch bites. made these while mom and dad got me vegetarian chinese garlic pepper chicken!

and a tofu mousse. i didn't believe that this would be as excellent as other people have raved it to be, but it really was. honestly reminds me of a wendy's frosty. i think i'm gonna freeze what i have left and try and slosh it into one. 1 16 oz package firm tofu in the blender with 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, stevia, maple syrup, teeny pinch of salt, some cinnamon, vanilla and almond milk. nom.
