they look kinda like frosted mini wheats in this picture...a teaspoon or so of nutella placed in center of wonton wrappers. brush edges with egg and fold, then place in screaming hot oil, about 2 inches deep in a pot. when they float and look a little toasty-like, they're done. finish with powdered sugar when cooled slightly.
