stuffed mushrooms

last night I got hungry, so I fed myself:

filling was made by sauteeing a small onion, a red bell pepper and the mushroom stems. salt and pepper. then fresh garlic. then wine. then tomato sauce. then some rad ricotta-like product. italian herbs.

gave the mushrooms a pre-roast and then stuffed and baked for probably 20 minutes.

so very good. I haven't actually let out a little moan upon eating something in awhile, and this did it. I found gluttonous pleasure in taking an entire mushroom as a sushi rolls...tastes better if you just jam it all in. topped with more ricotta-like product and herbs, salt and pepper. totally dope.
