Couldn't find my brownie pan, so I made brownie cupcakes. Made these without eggs and made a flaxseed meal binder instead. Adds nuttiness and no finicky Steffi cracking open chicken menstruations. The original plan was to do a peppermint bark on top, but i opted out and filled the centers of these with white chocolate and stuck peppermints and spearmints into the melted white goo.
