Smokey baked tofu

Cubed firm tofu (kinda crumbled on me though)
marinate in: liquid smoke, soy sauce, something sweet (brown sugar, stevia, molasses, etc...I used stevia because I love it), garlic, white pepper, Japanese fish sauce and rice wine vinegar.

Spread cubes apart on baking sheet. Don't bother draining the marinade, because it kind just just bakes under and around the cubes and lets the flavor get really deep.
High heat: 425...til brown and your kitchen smells oddly like really good bacon.
