Deeelishus amazing stir fry. Mushrooms, celery, eggplant, garlic, ginger, basil, peanut butter (yes), Braggs...so ugly. But so good.

Filling for Thai tofu lettuce wraps. Tofu that had been marinated, and then baked and crumbled into an already sauteed and softened mixture of shitakes, onion, scallion, celery, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, Braggs, rice wine vinegar, stevia for sweetness, sriracha...



Lettuce wraps! The crisp crunch of the lettuce is so nice with all of the salty, spicy flavors of the filling. Yum.



Annnd vegan chocolate bread pudding muffins. So moist. So heavy and cake-like. And yet so not photogenic. Ezekiel bread, chocolate soy milk, cocoa, blah blah blah...some other things. These have cinnamon in them as well as cocoa. Sometimes I find cinnamon and chocolate to be beautiful together.
