more christmas goodies

christmas rainbow cupcakes. this time like rudolph poops. did the same thing and just divided the batter, only just used red, green and white. same thing with the icing.



homemade truffles.
this was going to be fudge, but it wouldn't get hard fast enough. "that's what she said" - marcio



i kinda winged it. marshmallows, corn syrup, butter, nutella, coconut, walnuts, peanut butter, ghiradelli, vanilla, teeny pinch of salt, rolled in cocoa powder. they were rich and intense.

pizza rolls



crescent rolls, pizza sauce, pepperonis, cheddar, mozzaralla, touch of garlic, oregano, and basil. roll and squish whatever cheese spilled out of the sides onto the top of the pastry. voila. not remotely impressive, but enjoyed by all.

these were also made of crescent dough. and were actually what the fudgey truffles were made out of before i decided to make truffles - minus a bunch of marshmallow, peanut butter, and coconut. idk...i just wanted to make teeny little sweet pastry cups and did. these came out really well. yay!



last, but not least....my ensemble. worn by mom in 1992. I was 3. the skirt is pleated with an elastic waist and goes to my ankles. the sweater has shoulder pads :) she said it was actually really expensive and nice and she bought amazing red designer shoes to go with it basically because the salesman was this really smokin hot italian man. that's so my mom. the shoes wouldn't fit though. her tootsies are tinier.
