carrot cake

i love making frosting. classic cream cheese buttercream is just 1/4 cup softened butter, 8 oz soft cream cheese, 3 cups of powdered sugar and 2 tsp of vanilla. thin as needed with half and half or heavy cream.

his lovely girlfriend did the writing. she's a babe. he's a lucky man. surprise party was a hit.

pumpkin muffins with cinnamon sugar crust

coconut, white chocolate, oatmeal cookies

drunken fruit salad
