Deviled eggs with smoked salmon and dill

Sorry for the hiatus. I'll probably be cooking a bit more this summer...school really just takes the front seat right now. As does partying, shows, boyfriend, weekend inebriation and writing.

So yes. Eggies hardboiled until they're not kicking or screaming or biting anymore. Scoop out yolks. Sour cream garlicky dill mixture. Smash in yolks. Gently flake a nice slab of smoked salmon and stir into creamy stuff. Scoop back into egg whites. Finish with a flake of smoked salmon just to show who's boss.
