We mimosa'd and champagne'd downtown and then went to roller derby. Details of today do not belong on a blog ;) so back to cookies.
14 hours later, I find myself back in the kitchen making more cookies. This time lemon for guys' poker night.
Baking cookies in a cupcake pan works REALLY well, unless you're making really crisp, thin cookies. They get perfectly round and thick.
Last night was BSU's first game of the season. Tight.
